im waiting to see a dermatologist for a 3rd opinion because for a while ive had cracked , broken skin covering the head of my penis, theres some redness to and a small spot of ' discoloration ' on the side of the head .
the last dermatologist looked and said there was no sign of a skin disorder or a yeast infection or any
